2009 Group Rates

Group rates include accommodation in shared rooms with bathrooms, and use of the Estate House meeting room and kitchen. All rooms are comfortably furnished. Linens and towels are provided.

(Low Season)
Nov–April
$52 ... Sun thru Thurs
$62 ... Fri and Sat

(Mid Season)
May-June and Sept-Oct
$62 ... Sun thru Thurs
$72 ... Fri and Sat

(High Season)
July and August
$82 ... per day

All rates are per person per night and include taxes.
Weekends and High Season require a 2-night minimum stay.

FIR (first floor apartment); 3 to 5 people; 3 rooms; 5 beds; 1 bathroom
CHERRY (second floor room): 2 or 3 people; 3 beds; 1 bathroom
MAPLE (second floor room): 1 or 2 people; 2 beds; 1 bathroom
MYRTLEWOOD (second floor room): 1 or 2 people; 2 beds; 1 bathroom

Numbers: Minimum 11 (Low Season); 15 (Mid and High Season) Maximum: 17

THE CARRIAGE HOUSE. . .

SPRUCE (second floor apartment): 2 to 4 people; 1 room; 3 or 4 beds; 1 bathroom
ALDER (first floor apartment): 1 or 2 people; 1 room; 1 bed; 1 bathroom

THE GATE HOUSE . . .

WILLOW (second floor apartment): – currently staff housing...
HOLLY (first floor apartment): – 2 to 3 people; 2 room; 2 or 3 beds; 1 bathroom

OAK COTTAGE . . .

OAK Stand-alone single-level cottage: 1 or 2 people; 1 room; 1 bed; 1 bathroom

THE TOWN HOUSES . . .

WILDWOOD and RIVENDELL (semi-detached 2-level apartment): 2 or 3 people; 2 rooms; 2 beds; 2 baths (1 full with large jacuzzi tub; 1 half)

Private Rooms . . .

Some group participants prefer not to share accommodations and request private rooms. Single occupancy of rooms outside the Estate House are charged at double the shared rate, provided that the numbers of participants occupying the Estate House reach the minimum required.

Please ask for rates if this condition is not met or if your group requires largely private rooms.
